CCA Missionary Criteria

A CCA missionary is one with a heart for God who is called and sent by God to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world.

John 20:21 -- Jesus said,” Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.”

Matthew 28:18-20 -- Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

A CCA missionary is specifically called and sent by God to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in a very unique way. He uses his talents in building and construction to help those in need, and as doors open to him he shares Christ with people by word and by example.

A CCA missionary will seek to maintain a close personal relationship with God through regular, daily, Bible reading and prayer and will be a faithful, active member of a church where the Bible is taught and proclaimed.

Above all a CCA missionary will seek as Jesus did not to be served but to serve.

Matthew 20:26-28 -- “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant and whoever wants to be first must be your slave, just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
